PLG 1:  GRADUATES OF OUR BS PROGRAM WILL BE KNOWLEDGEABLE HOSPITALITY LEADERS.

PLO 1.1  Graduates of our BS program will apply fundamental business principles to analyze situations within a diverse hospitality management context.

PLG 2:  GRADUATES OF OUR BS PROGRAM WILL HAVE DEVELOPED THE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO HAVE INFLUENCE AND IMPACT WITHIN A DIVERSE HOSPITALITY ORGANIZATION.

PLO 2.1  Graduates of our BS program will create professional-quality written business documents from a management perspective.

PLO 2.2  Graduates of our BS program will plan and deliver a professional-quality oral presentation within the context of a diverse hospitality organization.

PLO 2.3  Graduates of our BS program will demonstrate effective behaviors within a diverse team.

PLG 3:  GRADUATES OF OUR BS PROGRAM WILL HAVE ACQUIRED THE INSIGHTS AND STRATEGIES TO BE ETHICAL HOSPITALITY LEADERS.

PLO 3.1  Graduates of our BS program will identify personal values and analyze an ethical dilemma within a hospitality management context.

PLG 4  GRADUATES OF OUR BS PROGRAM WILL POSSESS THE SELF-KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR CONTINUED PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AS HOSPITALITY LEADERS.
