Company Presentations
Many companies hold a presentation the evening prior to their on-campus interviews. These sessions offer you the opportunity to learn more about the company, its culture, and specific summer and permanent job opportunities. It is highly recommended - and for some companies, mandatory - that you attend all presentations conducted by the companies for whom you have scheduled an interview appointment.

Many students attend presentations even if they will not be interviewing with the company. This is a great way to learn more about the company, make connections, and network with representatives from companies you may have an interest in working for in the future.

To access information regarding company presentations, you must be registered with CornellTRAK.

Be sure to follow up with employers after your interviews. Write a thank you note and reiterate your interest in the position and recall aspects of the interview that were especially helpful or enlightening. If you need the contact information of the recruiter that you met with come to 180 Statler Hall, Office of Student Services and ask for the Recruiters Notebook kept at the receptionist's desk. And if you haven't met Kathy Mix yet, our newest addition to the Office of Student Services, introduce yourself as she is our new receptionist and will be the friendly face that you see when you enter our offices!

We do know that this can be a particularly stressful time as you are contemplating your career choices. Remember that the Advisors in our office are available for appointments should you need to discuss any aspect of your summer or permanent job search. Stop in the office and Kathy Mix will help you schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor.
