Nestlé Library supports the teaching and research efforts of the School of Hotel Administration community through a variety of reference services. Reference staff members can answer all types of research questions, either at the reference desk (M-F 8am-5pm or noon-5pm on Sundays), by phone (255-3673), or email.
Our reference staff also offers individual or group consultations to assist students with customized research sessions. To set up a meeting, use our Request a Consultation form.
If you're just beginning your hospitality research, a good place to start is our collection of Frequently Asked Questions. We have also compiled a set of Industry Guides that cover most of the main hospitality industries.
