Please keep in mind that delivery costs do not include Hourly Rates or other Hostline rates and costs. Monographs may not be sent by fax.

  • Airborne Express (domestic) 1-2 days
  • Airborne Express (international) 3-10 days
  • U.S. Mail (domestic) Within 5 days (excluding Sunday)
  • U.S. Mail (international) 10 to 14 days (excluding Sunday)
