Professional Biography
Helen Chun is an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Tourism at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. Helen earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Marketing) from the Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California in 2009 and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Consumer Studies at Seoul National University in Korea. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, specifically in the context of consumers’ anticipation and savoring of future consumption experience. Her other research interests include branding and sensory marketing. Her work has been published in the Journal of Consumer Psychology and Foundations and Trends in Marketing. She was previously honored for her teaching at University of Southern California. She teaches Consumer Behavior, Marketing Principles, and Marketing Management for Services.
