Industry Relevance Awards
The Industry Relevance Awards recognize the Cornell School of Hotel Administration faculty who have researched an important topic and created a report or a tool that has had the greatest impact on the hospitality industry over the last three years.
The recipients of this award are selected by industry practitioners who have read and voted for the top research studies. The process starts with the reports or tools that are most frequently downloaded. The resulting studies are then ranked in a survey sent to 2,000 Center for Hospitality Research website registrants. Finally, the top five reports and tools are reviewed by the center's Advisory Board members, who vote on the final award winners.
