Executive Summary: This tool, a web application, is an excellent tool for understanding the direct and indirect costs associated with turnover. This tool allows users to identify how much they are spending to replace line, managerial, and executive staff. If the costs of turnover are better-understood, then more effective strategies can be developed to reverse the negative effects of this endemic problem.
