Executive Summary: The Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, in partnership with the American Hotel Foundation and American Express, has completed a ground-breaking study of the Best Practices in the Lodging Industry. This industry-wide survey identified and recognized Best Practice Champions across all segments of the U.S. Lodging Industry. This study is key to fostering innovation and building a better future for the lodging industry.
