Executive Summary: Regent Wall Street's participation in the the aftermath of September, 11, is featured. Communication is so important. At all levels, each way - guests, colleagues, owners, management company, clients, press, and vendors - all are part of a successful operation. The hotel staff is constantly looking for ways to communicate more effectively. Becoming involved actively in the community has paid untold dividends. This is driven from the top. Any good business is part of the fabric of their community. Many companies do it so well. In lower Manhattan, for instance, American Express has taken a real leadership position in finding creative ways to support the community. Regent Wall Street endeavors to do the same. The support that the hotel has received from the community has been overwhelming. Finally, the sheer indefatigable will of New York City contributed to the ongoing recovery. This spirit clearly exists all around.
