Restaurants

Articles should focus on the business aspects of
the restaurant industry, related to development,
operations, human resources, marketing, management, finance, and accounting.
International Business
(Submission Deadline : August 1, 2008)
Articles should focus on managerial issues
related to international hospitality business – for
example, development, marketing, finance,
human resources, management, and cultural
challenges.
Real Estate
(Submission Deadline : August 1, 2008)
Articles should focus on critical areas, such
as property management, asset
management, international development and
expansion, and market analyses.
Finance/Accounting
(Submission Deadline : August 1, 2008)
Articles should focus on managerial issues
surrounding corporate finance, investments,
revenue management, asset valuation,
financial accounting, and managerial
accounting in the hospitality industries.
