Anna Mattila
Dr. Anna S. Mattila is an associate professor and the professor in charge of graduate programs at the School of Hospitality Management at Pennsylvania State University. She holds a PhD from Cornell University, an MBA from University of Hartford, and a BS from Cornell University. Her research interests focuses on consumer responses to service encounters and cross-cultural issues in services marketing. Her work has appeared in the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Psychology and Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing, International Journal of Service Industry Management, and in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research.
