Qingzhong Ma
Qingzhong (Qing) Ma is an assistant professor of finance in the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. He conducts research in corporate finance, especially mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, institutional investors, capital market efficiency, insider trading, and general financial management of hospitality industries. He teaches the sophomore core finance course for hotel students, an advanced corporate finance course for junior/senior/graduate students, and the MMH finance core course. Qing holds a PhD in finance and business economics from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. His papers are published or accepted for publication at the Journal of Corporate Finance, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, and Cornell Hospitality Report.
