Christopher R J Knable, ISHC
An award-winning hotelier, entrepreneur, and consultant with more than two decades of experience, Knable has worked for some the world's legendary hotel companies, including Four Seasons, Regent, and Peninsula, and was founding partner with the Cipriani family of the Cipriani Collection of luxury hotels.
In his role running JMJ Hospitality, Knable is directly responsible for furthering the JMJ mission of acquiring and developing ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, and branded residences worldwide.
With an enviable track record of success, Knable is known for developing luxury assets that set standards for luxury as well as returning faded assets to profitability. With experience in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East, he brings an unparalleled level of knowledge, insight, and ability to each project.
Prior to joining the JMJ family of companies, he ran his own global boutique consulting shop where client issues ranged from renewing a 5-star resort in the Middle East to a new resort development in South America. Working with his team, Knable provided a variety of advisory services from strategic planning and development, all the way through to operations and marketing.
Knable has received numerous accolades, including being named as one of the world's top hoteliers by Leader's Magazine and also by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences in addition to media profiles by such outlets as the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
