John C. Goodale
John Goodale is assistant professor of decision sciences in the Lundquist College of Business, where he teaches courses in operations management. In addition, John has been an active member of the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), Decision Sciences Institute, and INFORMS. Among the responsibilities that he has had with these organizations, John was a member of the Conference Committee for the 2006 POMS College of Service Operations Conference, a track chair for the POMS 2003 National Meeting, co-chair of the Technical Program Committee for the POMS-Brazil Conference in 2001, and the proceedings editor of the 1997 Midwest Decision Sciences Institute's Annual Meeting. John's research is focused on scheduling and quality in service operations, and his recent projects have appeared in the Cornell Quarterly, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Operations Management, Decision Sciences, and other journals.
