Richard Chase
Richard B. Chase is a specialist in the design of service systems and service quality. He was listed among the top 20 contributors in the history of operations management in an International Journal of Operations and Production Management survey. Recent articles include "Want to Improve Your Company's Service? Use Behavioral Science, Harvard Business Review (with S. Dasu), and "The Strategic Levers of Yield Management" in The Journal of Service Research (with S. Kimes).
