Danny Ben-Shahar

Danny Ben-Shahar is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Ben-Shahar holds a BA in economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA and a PhD in real estate finance from the University of California at Berkeley. His research in the fields of real estate economics and finance concentrates on mortgage markets, real estate tenure choice, brokerage, rent control markets, and applications of behavioral economics to real estate. Ben-Shahar has published in various journals, among them Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Real Estate Research, and Journal of Housing Economics.
