Herman Aguinis
Herman Aguinis is the Dean’s Research Professor and a Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He has held visiting appointments at universities in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Argentina, France, Spain, and Australia. He is the author of Performance Management (Prentice Hall, 2nd edition, 2009), Regression Analysis for Categorical Moderators (Guilford, 2004), Applied Psychology in Human Resources Management (6th edition, Prentice Hall, 2005, with W. F. Cascio), and the editor of Test-Score Banding in Human Resource Selection (Praeger, 2004). In addition, he has published more than 70 articles in refereed journals and delivered more than 150 presentations in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America on topics related to human-resource management, organizational behavior, and research methodology. He served as chair of the Academy of Management Research Methods Division and program chair of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management and as Editor-in-Chief of the journal Organizational Research Methods. He has worked on numerous consulting and research projects in the hospitality industry in North America, Latin America, and Europe with Marriott Vacation Club International, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Domino's Pizza, and other organizations.
