    In early 2009, HVS was hired by the debtors-in-possession, represented by FTI Consulting, to perform a valuation for the United States federal bankruptcy court in relation to the Credit Suisse loan that was secured by assets of the Yellowstone Club. While the HVS assignment for the Yellowstone Club had its share of twists and turns, the financing process that surrounding the assignment was anything but ordinary.
