William F. Minnock III

William F. “Bill” Minnock III is Senior Vice President, Global Operations Services for Marriott International, Inc. He is responsible for Program Management and Deployment of the company's product and service innovation efforts for all brands worldwide and for managing the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs. Prior to his current position, Bill served as Senior Vice President, Finance for Marriott’s Architecture and Construction Division (A&C). He has also held a variety of positions during his 28 year career with Marriott including SVP of Resort Development for Marriott Vacation Club, SVP of Development Asset Management, and General Manager of the Bethesda Marriott hotel. Bill holds a Bachelors degree in Hotel Administration and an MBA from Cornell University. Bill currently serves on the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research Advisory Board and is a past President of the Washington DC chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society. Bill and his wife Debbie have five children and currently reside in Potomac MD.
