Keith Maladra is Vice President of Consumer Intelligence of General Growth Properties, Inc.

A 20-year consumer research, customer relationship management, and marketing professional, Keith has been part of the senior management teams at several national retail chains, consumer products and major consulting firms.  Keith has excelled over the years at orchestrating consumer intelligence programs for a broad spectrum of businesses in both the consumer and B2B arenas.

Keith received his Bachelors degree from Northern Illinois University. Professional affiliations include membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), American Management Association (AMA), Direct Marketing (DMA), and Marketing Research Association (MRA).  Keith also serves on the TIA, Travel Industry Research Advisory committee.
