Jo-Anne Kruse is Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Travelport. In this role, Jo-Anne is responsible for leading the global Human Resources and Facilities organization and supporting over 8,000 employees around the world. Her primary focus has been on the acquisition and integration of businesses, and creating viable HR business plans to deliver cultural and organizational change.
Previously, Jo-Anne was Vice President, Human Resources for Cendant Corporation, where she was responsible for corporate and business unit human resource functions within a highly diversified 80,000-employee conglomerate.
Prior to joining Cendant, Jo-Anne worked in a variety of human resource positions at PepsiCo, Inc./Frito-Lay for five years. Her career also includes positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Clairol, and Chase Manhattan Bank.
