Keith Kefgen is Chief Executive Officer of HVS Executive Search. He has more than 20 years experience in the field of hospitality executive search and is a frequent lecturer on industry related issues. Keith has written more than 100 articles on the topics of executive selection, pay-for-performance, corporate governance and executive leadership. He is a graduate of the Cornell University Hotel School.
