Welcome to the Cornell Center for Hospitality Research (CHR). While there are many centers for academic research at universities around the world, the CHR is unique in its focus on conducting relevant and high quality research for the hospitality and related service industries.
This website is a conduit for accessing various types of information from the CHR. Here you will find publications, tools, industry news, and other nuggets of wisdom derived from research conducted by Center fellows and industry partners. These results are in the form of Cornell Hospitality Reports, Cornell Hospitality Tools, Industry Roundtable Proceedings, the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, and other publications.
