You can apply for courses online, by e-mail, by fax or by mail. Please include your résumé or curriculum vitae at the time you complete your application.

To apply online, add the desired course(s) to your shopping basket. Once you have selected all desired course(s), click on the "Shopping Basket" icon on the right hand of your screen, and then click "Proceed to Checkout".

Apply by E-mail:
Download the PDP 2009 Application Form (coming soon) using Acrobat Reader, make changes to the form, save it and e-mail it along with your résumé or curriculum vitae to exec_ed_hotel@sha.cornell.edu.
Apply by Fax:
Download the PDP 2009 Application Form (coming soon) using Acrobat Reader, the form allows you to make changes using your computer, save and then print the completed form. Fax the completed form along with your résumé or curriculum vitae to 1.607.255.8749.
