Select Course Levels to Match Your Experience
Level
courses are designed for individuals just starting out in management, and typically serve participants who have two to eight years of continuous work experience in hospitality or a related field.
Level
courses serve assistant department heads; department heads; executive assistant managers; general managers of limited-service hotels; and restaurant managers. These individuals typically have between five to ten years of industry experience.
Level
courses are for senior managers: owners, corporate executives, managers of multi-unit restaurants or hotels; or general managers of substantial, full-service hotels, clubs, or resorts. These participants commonly have more than ten years of work experience.
*The inclusion of more than one level for a course indicates that the course is suitable for either level and that participants from both levels may be in the course.
