About
History
Cornell Hotel School online courses, first developed and launched in 2002, are authored by Cornell senior faculty members and designed by eCornell, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cornell University. Cornell's Office of Executive Education offers a comprehensive online, professional and executive development curriculum for hospitality professionals.
Our courses provide exceptional online learning experiences tailored for professional and executive development in the areas of strategy, leadership and management development, financial management, and foodservice management.
Convenient and Interactive
Online courses are self-paced and asynchronous, but interaction - through numerous exercises, interactive simulations, and online discussion forums - is vital. The courses are developed using a learner-centered approach that enables you to access content at your own pace, in a manner that aligns with your individual learning style. At the same time, it positions you as an active participant in the learning process, allowing you to build the necessary problem-solving skills to confront the challenges you face on the job. An assigned online mentor will assist you throughout the course, offering support and encouragement as you progress from beginning to end.
