Fee and Incentives

Program Fee

2010 General Managers Program fee: US$12,950

The program fee includes all course materials, single-occupancy accommodations for 11 nights at The Statler Hotel, meals during the program, and first-year dues for affiliate membership in the Cornell Hotel Society, an alumni organization with an international membership of more than 10,000.

Payment Incentives
Only one incentive may be applied per participant.

For January 2010:
If full payment is made before October 18, 2009, the fee is reduced by US$250.

For June 2010:
If full payment is made before March 14, 2010, the fee is reduced by US$250.

For Multiple Participants: The fee for each additional colleague from the same organization as defined by ownership, and billed to the same office, is reduced by US$1,000.  To receive this incentive, all participants must attend the same or a consecutive session of GMP.

Corporate Pricing

The Office of Executive Education has also negotiated special corporate pricing with several corporate hotel brands and industry associations which replaces the early full payment incentive.  Corporate pricing entitles the first GMP participant to a US$500 savings, and subsequent participants to consecutive sessions receive US$1,000 off the program price.

This incentive is offered to companies with multiple hospitality properties who are willing to make a commitment to promoting our programs at the corporate level.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated to you, the deposit is fully refundable if it becomes necessary for you to withdraw, and you provide written notice more than 45 days before the program begins.  If notice is received 7-45 days in advance, the cancellation charge is $1,000.  If notice is received less than seven days in advance, the cancellation charge is $2,500.
