+ What programs do you offer?
The Office of Executive Education (OEE) offers The Professional Development Program (PDP), The General Managers Program (GMP) , Online Courses, and Custom Programs.
+ Where are your programs offered?
PDP is offered in Ithaca, New York, and Singapore. GMP is offered in Ithaca, New York and in Singapore.
+ What are the eligibility requirements for your programs?
While many cultures enrich the experience of all of our programs, English is the language of instruction. To participate fully and to receive the greatest benefit from the courses, participants must have well-developed English-language communication and reading comprehension skills.
PDP participants must be employed full-time in the hospitality industry, or a related field, for a minimum of two continuous years prior to applying to the program.
Participants in The General Managers Program are qualified for attendance based on their position and scope of responsibility. GMP applicants include hotel general managers, assistant general managers, executive assistant managers, and resident managers of full-service properties.
Anyone is welcome to participate in online courses.

+ How can I make a credit card payment?
Payments for PDP, GMP and online courses can be made online.
+ Can you develop a program that is specific to my company's needs?
Yes, the OEE is happy to develop a custom program to meet your company's unique needs. Click here to learn more about these programs.
+ Can I take your courses for credit?
OEE courses are not considered credit-earning for undergraduate or graduate degrees.
+ How much do the courses cost?

+ Do you offer scholarships?
Online - The IDeaS Cornell Revenue Management Scholarship is available for individuals interested in the Hotel Revenue Management Online Certificate. Six full scholarships are awarded annually. More information can be found here.
GMP and PDP - Several regional organizations, such as the Caribbean Hotel Association and the International Hotel and Restaurant Association (IH&RA), offer scholarship opportunities to their members; but these are neither funded nor administered by Cornell University.
Alternatively, you may want to check with hospitality or business associations within your region to explore possible funding sources.

+ Do you offer a masters degree?
The OEE does not offer a masters degree program. However, the School of Hotel Administration does offer a masters degree in both Ithaca and Singapore. The masters degree program is offered through the Office of Student Services.
+ How long do your programs run?
PDP courses are three days in length. GMP is a 10-day program. There are six-hour, two-week online courses and 12-15-hour, four-week online courses available. Custom program lengths vary to fit your needs.
