All undergraduate students are required to work in the hospitality industry as part of their education. The Practice Credit requirement ensures that our students have the essential balance of theory and practice.
Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) Program
The Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) is an intensive, three-semester, one-year graduate degree program specifically designed to cultivate leaders in the hospitality industry.
From day one of the MMH program, in addition to the required core courses, students are immersed in the Career Track of their choosing, completing a minimum of 12 credits of required and elective courses in one of the following tracks:
- Human Resource Management
- Marketing Management
- Operations and Revenue Management
- Real Estate Finance and Investments
MMH students are also required to complete an externship during winter break. Externships take students inside a hospitality-related organization to experience firsthand how decisions are made and strategies are implemented.
