As an executive at McDonald's Corporation, she directed major efforts in new business development, brand leadership, and issues management. She led the global strategy for McDonald's on the Balanced Lifestyles issue, bringing over $500 million in new business. Ms. Rosen has worked on leading advertising agencies such as Leo Burnett, Young & Rubicam, and Fotte, Cone & Belding as well as managed accounts for blue chip companies.

Turano Baking was founded as Campagna-Turano Bakery, Inc. in 1962 by Mariano Turano. His entrepreneurial spirit lives on in his grandchildren Joseph and Giancarlo Turano II.
