Joshua J. Wells Vice President and General Counsel
American Food & Vending Corp.

A 1993 graduate of the School of Hotel Administration, Mr. Wells also holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a law degree from Boston University. Practicing law with Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C., the Manhattan law firm, Mr. Wells specialized in corporate liability defense litigation, representing clients such as Four Seasons Hotels and The Pierre. Mr. Wells then joined American Food & Vending Corp., a contract foodservice provider with operations in fifteen states. As Vice President and General Counsel of American, Mr. Wells oversees management of the company's corporate dining and vending operations. In addition to his position on the IHE Advisory Board, Mr. Wells serves on the boards of several other not-for-profit organizations. He resides with his family in Syracuse, New York.
