Christopher R. Hemmeter has more than 20 years of enterprise development, financing and operations experience in the hospitality and information technology industries having founded five companies thus far in his professional career. Mr. Hemmeter currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of E&O Development, Inc. and Dynamic Payment Ventures, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Hemmeter was founder and CEO of CriticalArc Technologies, a supply-chain technology solutions developer to the hospitality industry. Mr. Hemmeter also served as Founder and Chairman of Seacliff Hospitality Ventures, a restaurant management and consulting company located in San Francisco. Mr. Hemmeter, age 42, received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Cornell University in 1986 and his graduate degree from Harvard Business School in 1995 where he was recognized as a Baker Scholar for his academic achievement. Upon graduation from Cornell, he joined Hemmeter Investment Company, a developer of destination resort properties worldwide. Founded by his father in 1962, the Hemmeter organization developed major destination resort hotels in the Hawaiian Islands and operated several related hospitality businesses. Mr. Hemmeter sits on several Boards including the Board of Trustees of the San Francisco chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Hospice of Marin Foundation and the Board of Capton, Inc. Mr. Hemmeter is a two time Ironman triathlete who lives in Piedmont, California with his wife Debi and three children.
