Bryan Graybill is President / CEO of Hampton Pacific, a Los Angeles-based real estate development company with mortgage and brokerage divisions. Currently, he oversees the development of several vacation-rental properties in Palm Springs, Los Angeles and New York, some of which have been featured in Metropolitan Home and the Los Angeles Times. As such, much of his projects have received media attention, extending to guest appearances on HGTV.
Mr. Graybill is also founder and Managing Member of Spaulding Capital Group, LLC, an equipment finance company also headquartered in Los Angeles. Services include finance options for small to mid-size companies upgrading or purchasing equipment. As Managing Member, Mr. Graybill maintains an extensive portfolio primarily focused on entertainment and recording industries.
A 1993 graduate of Cornell, Mr. Graybill continues to contribute to his alma mater by offering internship opportunities to students currently enrolled in the School of Hotel Administration.
