Hospitality Leadership Through Learning
Entrepreneur in Residence
The Entrepreneur-In-Residence program gives students a unique learning experience through active engagement with successful entrepreneurs. Our Entrepreneur-In-Residence teaches classes and provides personal direction to students, helping them develop the knowledge and skills to conceive, launch and manage their own enterprises. In 2007, Jim Quest was appointed the school’s first Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship.
