The Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship promotes learning through an array of courses on entrepreneurship and related enterprises. Undergraduate and graduate-level courses range across franchising; food service operations; sales; real estate; innovation and dynamic management; catering and special events management, and more. The institute also supports student organizations, extracurricular learning, and other extramural experiences in entrepreneurship such as student attendance at key industry conferences.
