As the administrative assistant for the Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship, Lauren plays a crucial role in ensuring the institute delivers on its many commitments. Lauren facilitates a variety of the PIHE programs, including the Conversations with Entrepreneurs series, Entrepreneurship @ Cornell Celebration, and the Hospitality Innovator Award. She also monitors and maintains the PIHE website, manages the administrative activities of the PIHE, and serves as a liaison between the PIHE and the hotel school, university, and outside stakeholders. Before transferring to the PIHE, Lauren worked in the Hotel School as an academic administrative assistant for the Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate Department.
Lauren is a 2007 graduate of Ithaca College where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
