About the Staff
The Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship is a reservoir of information and resources for those interested in services entrepreneurship. We are dedicated to providing students with guidance on the study of entrepreneurship, hands-on business experiences, and interactions with successful hospitality entrepreneurs. Further, we strive to be a source of information on relevant hospitality focused entrepreneurship topics, providing working professionals with opportunities for information exchange and learning. The institute will be a platform for knowledge about forming new hospitality businesses, managing small and family-run businesses, franchising, corporate venturing, new venture funding, and innovation.
