Kevin Fitzpatrick

Kevin Fitzpatrick is the managing director of Spring Bay Property Company and has more than 25 years of real estate experience. Before joining Spring Bay, Mr. Fitzpatrick was president of AIG Global Real Estate. He has held senior leadership positions with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Washington, D.C., and has worked with Rockresorts, Inc., in the Virgin Islands.
Mr. Fitzpatrick received a bachelor’s degree from the School of Hotel Administration and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. He is a Certified Hotel Administrator, former president of the Cornell Hotel Society, and trustee of the Cornell Hotel Society Foundation. He is a former member of the Real Estate Roundtable and currently serves the school as a Center for Real Estate Finance (CREF) Industry Professional. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Advisory Board for the New York office of the Enterprise Foundation.
