Eligibility Requirements
MS Degree
To be accepted into the MS program, you must already have earned a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university.
Your graduate committee of faculty members will decide which courses you should take to complete your MS degree program. If you have not earned a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, your committee of graduate faculty members may ask you to complete some of the core courses of the Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) program.
PhD Degree
To be accepted into the doctoral (PhD) program, you must already have earned a master's degree. The only exception is for students who have a bachelor's degree in hotel administration from our undergraduate program.
Your graduate committee of faculty members will decide which courses you should take to complete your PhD degree program. If your master's degree is not in hospitality management (from any university), your committee may ask you to complete some of the core courses of the Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) degree.
