Interviews

As part of the application to the Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) program, you are required to complete a personal interview either on-campus with a faculty or staff member or off-campus with a MMH alumnus in your geographic area.  We encourage you to visit the campus for your interview so you can sit in on classes, converse with current students, and see our facilities and the surrounding area.  However, we recognize that this is not always possible, and there is no penalty for having an off-campus interview.

You can request your on-campus or off-campus interview after submitting your application.  Your application does not have to be complete prior to your interview, but you must submit all materials and have your interview prior to your chosen application deadline.

On the day of your interview you will be asked to bring a résumé for your interviewer to keep and to complete a brief writing sample.  The writing sample should be an original work composed during the time allotted.  This exercise is used as a measure of your ability to communicate effectively and as a means of assessing the authenticity of the rest of the writing in your application.

Please note these admissions interview request pages are only for graduate applicants.  Undergraduate (bachelor of science) applicants, please request your on-campus or off-campus admissions interview online separately.
