Managing human capital is one of the most vexing challenges in our industry today, and the demand for business-savvy Human Resource professionals is growing rapidly. The Human Resource Career Track is designed to prepare students for both corporate and operations-level HR positions in a wide array of industry segments. Through coursework, career development activities, and faculty support, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the policies, procedures, and systems for attracting, selecting, developing and retaining the best employees and supporting the firm’s business strategies.
The Human Resources Management Career Track consists of three components: courses, connections, and career. All are designed to help students obtain the necessary knowledge, skills, and connections for obtaining a rewarding HR position in the hospitality industry.
