HADM 6620: Principles of Real Estate

The course is designed to facilitate student learning of real estate fundamentals. This will include both residential and commercial real estate, and develop a thorough understanding of residential mortgage finance and commercial real estate investments. The major objectives of this course are twofold: (1) to help you to develop an understanding of real estate; its practice, its institutions, and its players; and (2) to introduce you to the quantitative aspects of real estate; investment decision making, valuation, and debt financing.
