Established in 1962, the Dean's Distinguished Lecture Series is a long-standing SHA tradition that attracts both seasoned leaders and rising stars from the hospitality industry. Although the series is renamed with each successive dean—"Brownies with Beck," "Cookies with Clark," "Donuts with Dittman," and now "Java with Johnson"—the impact of the speakers never changes.
